The world is experiencing an energy crisis characterized by rapid and
drastic price increases as well as threatened shortages. In addition,
the biggest cause of global warming is the carbon dioxide released when
fuels like oil, coal, and gas are burnt to produce energy (or to
generate electricity).
Frenzel's solar concentrator solution addresses both the cost impact to
businesses and organizations as well as projects the end user as a
responsible party in the fight against global warming.
In manufacturing processes where steam and hot medium (air or heat
exchange fluids) play a crucial role, energy generation using LDO, HSD,
furnace oil or electricity is becoming more expensive. Our Parabolic
Solar Concentrating System is a tested and proven technology which uses
solar energy to generate steam and hot air. This process of steam
generation is natural, eco friendly and long lasting (the life of our
system with proper maintenance is approximately 20 years). The use of
solar energy for generation of steam is an attractive, efficient and
economical proposition. The payback period of a typical Frenzel
concentrator system, depending on the project, is approximately 3-4
years. Our energy solution employs an integrated and non-intrusive
approach that minimizes the impact to our customer's existing
operations. For a low upfront cost our solution to a customer's "energy
problem" is efficient and provides the best value.
Lastly, depending on the customer's qualifications, Solar Steam
Generation System may be eligible for governmental financial Assistance
(percentage of the project cost). Additionally, other tax benefits may
apply. Moreover, any solar energy project may also be eligible for
carbon credits under the Kyoto protocol (CO2 reduction). |
